What Is The EB Formula – Can I Really Make Money With It
There are so many online money-making opportunities available today, the difficult part is how to choose the right one for you? Where should you invest your time, effort, and money? I look at different opportunities to help expand my online business and will let you know what I have found out about a new opportunity called EB Formula.
There are a lot of people who have made money on eBay selling just about anything. I sold hundreds of items on eBay and did make money. One of the problems I had was finding a steady source of products at a low enough price to sell and make it worth my time.
EB Formula makes some lofty claims about how much you can earn selling on eBay. We will look at what EB Formula is, how it works, what I like and dislike, if this is legit or a scam. This should give you enough information to make a decision if you want to try this one.
Name: The EB Formula
Website: ebformula.com

Creator: Dan Wright ?
I have included some of my affiliate links in this review to allow you to get more information or to purchase the products.
The Sales Video
EB Formula claims that if you use their system, you can earn up to $500,000 this year. Unless you have a team of several people doing this full time, this is very unlikely. Yes, you can earn money selling on eBay, but I wish they would use a more realistic amount.
With any system or new business venture, it will take time to learn how to do things. Most people would be happy to earn a few hundred dollars in their first month or two. Now this is possible.
I understand that this is a new product, but do they really need to use paid testimonials? This is always a huge red flag for me. It simply comes across as dishonest and loses credibility very quickly. All three testimonials are paid actors that can be found on Fiverr.
The first testimonial claims the can earn over $100,000 quickly using this system.
The second testimonial claims she made $40,000 a month.
Tracee and Dean are two actors can be found on Fiver
The video goes into a long sad story of Dan’s college days, how his best friend ripped him off and that his mother fell ill. Then everything changed when Dan hooked up with his old friend Jason.
Now begins the rags-to-riches story. In a few minutes Dan had his eBay account set up and selling products. $1,200 in profits on day one and over $40,000 in his first month.
The third testimonial tells us how easy it is to make money on eBay and it only takes him a few minutes a day using his phone. Unfortunately, he is also on Fiver.
Now the sales pitch. What a great price the system is, instead of charging thousands of dollars, I want to make it affordable to a select few people, which you are one of. This type of hype and scarcity are more red flags. Is this all really necessary? Don’t they think people will see through all of this and be turned off or chase them away?
What Is EB Formula
The training is a series of videos that will teach you to sell on eBay using drop shippers, primarily Aliexpress. You can use other drop shippers or product sources, but Aliexpress appears to be the one they recommend.
The videos also cover topics like:
- How to set up your eBay account
- How to sign up with PayPal
- How to select a niche
- How to select products
- How to list your products on eBay
- Case studies
- Using social media to promote your store
- Large number of videos on Facebook & YouTube
- And other topics such as shipping, returns, product rankings, etc…
As you can see, the videos cover a lot that you will need to know in order to make eBay a profitable business for you. I was surprised at the number of videos and the range of topics. This will keep you busy for hours while you learn how to start and run a profitable eBay business.
What I Like About EB Formula
- Only $37 to start
- 60-day money back guarantee through Clickbank
- Lots of training videos – this will make learning much easier than simply reading a book or PDF.
What I Do Not Like
- Unrealistic income claims – you can make money on eBay, but very unlikely $40,000 a month or $500,000 a year.
- Paid testimonials – this is always a problem with newer products.
- The video claims that it only takes a few minutes a day to run your business, this simply is not true. It will take time to learn the system, find products, list, and so on.
- Dan Wright claims to be the creator of the system, but this may only be a pseudo name or stage name.
Is EB Formula A Scam Or Legit
EB Formula is a legit system to teach you to earn money selling on eBay. I do not understand why they resorted to all the hype, unrealistic income claims, paid testimonials and so on. This is a good system and is worth a shot.
Conclusion/Recommendation
In spite of all the negatives with the sales video, you can learn a lot from EB Formula about selling on eBay and online in general. This is one of the few products that I would recommend. For only $37, it is worth a try. If you don’t feel like you learned something, then you still have the 60-day money back guarantee, but I don’t think you will need it.
If you are interested in learning to create your own website and start your own online business, see where I started learning for FREE. This is my most recommended opportunity. This could be a great addition to the EB Formula and they will work well together.

It’s so sad that people are using their talents today to manipulate other people into giving their money to something that doesn’t live up to its claims. Have you noticed this kind of false advertising on other websites?
Unfortunately, the internet gives some people a new way to con others. The sales video for EB Formula used paid actors and some misleading information, but I really don’t understand why they did that. The system appears to be a good one and you can learn a lot from it.
I can only guess if they didn’t promise making the crazy amounts of money, that no one would buy it, but those that buy it may get upset when they don’t make the money they thought they could. I believe if they are up front with people, this will go a long way to build credibility for themselves in the future.
Yes, this type of advertising and claims are all over the internet. The best place I have found to learn about running a business online is still from Wealthy Affiliate.
